About the role

In this Full Stack Data Scientist role (under the guidance of our Head of Data), you'll help build Zeffy's data architecture and empower teams with the resources and expertise to accelerate growth. 💫

This role is highly versatile and owns project from end-to-end, offering both technical variety (you’ll be involved in tasks ranging from data ingestion, modeling, and visualization to data science and automation) and thematic diversity (finance, product, marketing, strategic projects, success, etc.).

You’ll have the opportunity to grow under the mentorship of your manager and develop a strong expertise in areas we will define together.

Your mission

• Build and maintain our data model.
• Collaborate with teams to build and implement AI use cases that enhance operational productivity and product quality.
• Support teams in monitoring their KPIs.
• Assist in automating processes across the organization.
• Train teams to enhance their overall data knowledge at Zeffy.

Preferred experience

🌟 Must haves:

• Proficiency with SQL and Python (especially for data ingestion, machine learning and AI prompt, using packages such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, etc.)
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand team challenges and design the best solutions to meet their specific needs.
• Excellent analytical skills: the ability to dive deep into complex datasets, uncover hidden patterns, and make decisions autonomously based on your findings.
• Clear and concise communication skills: able to present your work concisely and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

You will be able to ramp up on those topics thanks to our Head of Data:

• Experience with a modern data stack.
• Familiarity with building machine learning models
• A passion for mentoring and helping others develop technical skills.
• A critical mindset, with the ability to propose improvements to existing systems.

• Our ideal seniority level: 0-4 years experience expertise as a Full Stack Data Scientist.
• The corresponding salary range: EUR 50,000 to EUR 70,000, and stock options.
