About the Role:
We are looking for an individual contributor Budgeting & Reporting Manager to join our best-in-class finance team. - Executive Reporting: Collaborate directly with the Head of FP&A on high-visibility executive deliverables, including the Weekly Business Review (WBR), complex Sales models, and ad-hoc strategic analysis to support board-level decisions.
- Process Innovation: Actively seek out and implement methods to streamline data collection and financial modeling techniques, ensuring the FP&A function remains scalable as the company grows.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of related experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or a highly analytical role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.
- Analytical Rigor: Proven ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires a deep evaluation of identifiable factors and data-driven judgment.
- Technical Skills: Mastery of Excel (complex modeling, power pivots) and experience with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive, NetSuite, or Anaplan).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Background: Previous experience in the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Retail, or E-commerce space, or investment banking / consulting, with a solid understanding of finance and accounting
- Interpersonal Impact: Demonstrated ability to build professional networks with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to distill complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance executives.
- Systems Thinking: Experience improving the integration between Accounting systems and FP&A tools to enhance data integrity
