Sr. Influencer Coordinator

Los Angeles, California, United States

About the Role

You know the moment when a creator posts about a brand and it just lands. It feels like them. Their audience leans in. The brand gets to be part of something it never could have scripted. We're hiring the person who makes more of those moments happen for Zenni.

As our Sr. Influencer Coordinator, you'll run creator campaigns from first idea to final report. You'll find creators who fit what we're building, write briefs that give them room to be themselves, review the content, and show our leaders what worked and why.

You'll report to our Manager, Influencer, and sit on a small, fast-growing team.

Where you'll work

This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles. Our creator events, shoots, and team days happen at and around our Arts District office, and you'll be there roughly twice a month. The rest of the time, you'll work from wherever you do your best work.

We're hoping to find someone who already lives in LA or within about 45 to 60 minutes of the office. That isn't about clocking in. It's because this job is built around people, and so much of the creator world runs through this city. When a creator wants to grab coffee, when an event needs a last-minute hand, when something is happening on Melrose that we should be part of, we want you close enough to say yes.

This job is a great fit if:

  • You follow creators the way other people follow sports. You notice who's rising before everyone else does.
  • You like being the organized one. Trackers, timelines, and follow-ups are your comfort zone, not a chore.
  • You can write a brief a creator actually wants to read, and give feedback that makes content better without flattening it.
  • You enjoy it when numbers tell a story, and you can share that story in plain words with people who don't live in spreadsheets.
  • You're comfortable hosting a room. You'll help run monthly creator events and be the face of Zenni to our creator community.

What You'll Do

  • Find the right creators. Research and vet creators who match our campaigns and company goals, from micro to macro, across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Look at the data, not just the follower count.
  • Build real relationships. Nurture the creators we already work with and bring in new voices and new audiences. Be the person creators like hearing from.
  • Run campaigns end to end. Own campaigns from concept to reporting: briefs, deliverables, product gifting and seeding, content review, posting timelines, and payments.
  • Keep it organized. Keep clear trackers for budgets, timelines, deliverables, and results so nothing slips and everyone knows where things stand.
  • Measure what matters. Pull together campaign performance (reach, engagement, earned media value, code and link results) and share clear, honest recaps with leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Show up for events. Plan and attend monthly creator activations in LA. Help creators feel welcome, taken care of, and excited to post.
  • Help us grow into new markets. Help shape localized creator strategies for new markets, including Spanish-speaking audiences, to grow awareness, engagement, and new customers.
  • Connect the dots. Work closely with our social, brand, paid media, and PR teams so creator content ties into everything else Zenni is doing.
  • Stay ahead. Stay on top of pop culture, creator trends, platform updates, and new tools, and bring ideas to the table before we have to ask.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in creator or influencer marketing, social media, talent relations, PR, or a closely related field
  • Deep working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and what makes content perform on each
  • Comfortable with data: you can build a campaign recap, read the numbers, and explain what they mean
  • Clear, friendly writer and communicator with strong attention to detail
  • Able to juggle several campaigns and creator timelines at once without dropping the ball
  • Able to be in Los Angeles roughly twice a month for creator events and team days

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Based in Los Angeles or within about 45 to 60 minutes of our Arts District office
  • Hands-on experience with creator platforms such as Aspire,TRIBE, CreatorIQ, GRIN, Dash Hudson, or similar tools
  • Experience with product gifting and seeding logistics, affiliate programs, or TikTok Shop
  • Experience planning or supporting in-person creator or brand events
  • Experience negotiating with creators and their managers, from micro to VIP talent
  • A background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, gaming, or sports marketing

U.S. Perks & Benefits:

  • Annual Bonus Program
  • Healthcare: 100% premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision for employees (50% for dependents)
  • Basic Life and AD&D with option for additional voluntary coverage
  • Short and long term disability coverage
  • 401k with up to 4% match
  • EAP and Spring Health that gives you and dependents access to free therapy and coaching
  • Free access for you and your family to our digital wellness platform - Wellness Coach
  • Generous PTO in addition to our Week of Zen - the time between Christmas and New Year's to relax and recuperate
  • Fully Paid Parental Leave - 16 weeks for birthing and non-birthing parents
  • Family forming & fertility support and services through Maven
  • Annual Zenni Gift Card - to use towards our products!

Compensation

In addition to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the estimated salary range for this role is $68,000 - 79,000 USD. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs.
