Position Overview

As a Partnerships & Licensing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Zenni’s partnership initiatives. You will develop new partnerships, manage existing relationships, and identify opportunities for further collaboration and integration. You will be the liaison between partners and internal teams, facilitating communication, and oversee the successful execution of partnership strategies while delivering best-in-class experiences to our strategic relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in partnership management with a proven track record of onboarding, cultivating, and executing successful relationship-based partner programs while operating in a diverse, cross-functional organization. 

What We Want You to Own in This Role

  • Partner Strategy: Collaborate and implement partnership strategy that aligns with the team’s goals, market trends, and external partner objectives. Deliver innovative, scalable programs that maximize opportunities while mitigating risk.
  • Partner Management: Build and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic partners through concise and continuous communication to ensure we are positioned to support them responsively and effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and identify emerging trends in the competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform partner strategy and deliverable development.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with all departments in the company, including PR, marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure partner initiatives are successfully launched, operated, and supported.
  • Workflow Process: Develop and manage workflows, milestones, and reporting across partner programs. Ensure effective end-to-end delivery and performance of partner product, SKU and site deployment, event and onsite activations, and compliance on all contractual assets and deliverables. 

Basic Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a partnerships or client-based account management role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing the development and implementation of partnership marketing strategy 
  • Deep understanding of event production and on-site event marketing
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational talents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing, broadcast media integrations, and social content
  • An enthusiastic commitment to collaborative success across diverse departmental landscapes
  • Proficient in both autonomous and team-oriented project management
  • Attention to detail and organizational finesse
  • Language proficiency in Mandarin and/or Thai is a plus

 

Compensation

In addition to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the estimated range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000 USD. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for various reasons including business needs.
