About the Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll join Zenni Business, Zenni’s recently-launched B2B platform, and fill a key role in acquiring new customers. Being a champion of the entire sales process from start to finish, you will use your creative prospecting skills to strategically pursue net new business. Working through complex deals, your insatiable curiosity makes you a thought leader, and your drive to succeed keeps you at the top of the leaderboard. As a part of the Zenni Business Sales Team, you will become a master of discovery & a strategic business partner for prospective customers. Responsibilities:
- Build a pipeline by creating and strengthening relationships with mid-market customers
- Drive commercial and legal negotiations from beginning to close
- Work cross functionally with Account Management to onboard new clients
- Foster ongoing relationships to generate cross-sell opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in a direct selling role, with at least 2 in mid-market sales
- Proven track record of successfully and consistently exceeding quotas
- Experience managing a full sales-cycle from lead to close, including product demos and contract negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of forecasting and pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS
- Experience with Salesforce and ZoomInfo is a huge plus
- Experience with companies in the healthcare space is a huge plus–an even bigger bonus if you have experience in the eye care space!

Compensation
In addition to other forms of compensation like perks and benefits, the estimated range for this role is $120,000-$180,000 OTE. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for various reasons including business needs.
