About the Role

We’re looking for an IT OMS Support contributor to join our onsite IT team in Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting and maintaining our eCommerce production systems, with a primary focus on our Order Management System (OMS) and related logistics and fulfillment platforms. This is a hands-on technical role that requires strong problem-solving abilities, deep understanding of both front-end and back-end application development, and the capability to work across multiple coding languages using PHP and Java-based applications.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of key systems such as ACP, LMS, B2B fulfillment, and our shipping infrastructure. In addition to maintaining existing systems, you’ll help design and implement new OMS modules, support integrations, and resolve technical issues as they arise. This is a cross International role where your ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English will be essential for collaboration with our global team.

This is a full-time, onsite position at our Ohio facility, where your technical expertise and dedication will directly contribute to the continued efficiency and growth of Zenni’s fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily maintenance of Ohio production systems, bug fixing, etc.
  • Development and maintenance of the OMS system (PHP)
  • Facilitate, design, and build OMS modules
  • Ensure ongoing maintenance and support for ACP, B2B fulfillment, LMS, and other related systems
  • Maintenance of the shipping system (Java)
  • Maintenance of the upper computer system for pairing devices and conveyors (Java)
  • Maintenance of the E-ticket systemMaintenance of the LMS-OMS interface
  • Other IT-related maintenance tasks as needed

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English
  • Proficient in PHP development and front-end web development
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies
  • Knowledgeable in common PHP development frameworks (e.g., ThinkPHP)
  • Experienced in Java fundamentals, familiar with Tomcat and JDBC programming,
  • Knowledgeable in PLC programming, serial port programming, as well as SSM framework and Spring Boot
  • Experienced in basic Linux system maintenance
  • Proficient in MySQL database
  • Proficient in Git version control
