Position Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a passion for paid media to join our growing team. You will bring best-in-class strategic and executional knowledge of paid media to contribute to the growth of Zenni. You will support our paid media team, trying together cross-channel strategy between Search, Social and Video campaigns, brand and creative testing strategy, cross-functional reporting and high-impact projects like Media-Mix-Model analysis, incrementality testing roadmaps and support new channel tests. You will work on our in-house team of Paid Media experts to drive revenue growth for Zenni.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with performance marketing leadership to support major cross-channel projects like:
  • Creative and campaign strategy direction and coordination across Search, Video & Social channels
  • Vet, test and learn new potential channel additions like audio, CTV
  • Cross-channel analysis related to Media Mix Model and incrementality test design and results
  • Cross-functional reporting on creative learnings, performance, spend and financial reporting
  • International expansion strategy and coordination of Paid Media campaigns for strategic alignment, creative messaging and translation coordination
  • Monitor and analyze trends of core KPIs
  • Monitor competitor activities utilizing 3rd party tools
  • Report on and communicate performance results to internal stakeholders
  • KPI forecasting
  • Budget forecasting
  • Collaborate with other media team members to ensure alignment of brand messaging

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of paid media experience working primarily with DTC brands
  • Strong reporting, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Excited to test and learn new channels
  • Proficiency in excel, powerpoint and google sheets, slides
  • Proven track record of driving company growth through paid social, paid search or shopping campaigns 
  • Experience managing 1MM+ monthly paid media budgets
  • Experience with end-to-end account management including but not limited to: audience selection, campaign creation, ad copy writing, optimization and reporting
  • Experience working with competitor monitoring tools
  • Strong data analytics and strategy background
  • Ability to support Pacific Time Zone business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MMM’s and incrementality testing preferred
  • Agency experience preferred

Compensation

In addition to other forms of compensation, such as perks and benefits, the estimated salary range for this role is $77,300 - $116,000 for candidates outside of California. For California-based candidates, the estimated salary range is $85,030 - $127,600. The final offer will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skill set, experience, geographical location, market conditions, and other organizational needs. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, or revisit the salary range for various reasons including business needs.
