What’s the opportunity? 

We seek an enthusiastic and driven Content Localization Project Lead to join our team. As the Content Localization Project Lead, you will oversee the seamless translation and localization of Zenoti's product content, including microcopy, in-app messages, websites, and other customer-facing materials. You’ll ensure our international customers have an exceptional experience by making Zenoti's platform accessible and culturally relevant across key markets. 

Zenoti supports several international markets, including Spanish (Latin America), French (Canada), French, UK English, and Spanish. In this role, you will be key in supporting these markets while driving Zenoti’s expansion into new geographies, ensuring a localized experience that resonates with our growing global audience. 

What will you do at Zenoti? 

• Oversee and ensure the localization of all Zenoti content across mobile apps, websites, and product interfaces, ensuring linguistic and cultural relevance for targeted regions. 

• Collaborate with a team of linguists, translators, and reviewers (LQAs) from various geographies, ensuring quality checks and proofreading of all translated content. 

• Manage localization workflows and leverage tools like Google Translate, DeepL, or other industry-standard localization platforms to drive efficient translation processes. 

• Partner with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers to scale localization efforts while ensuring top-quality output. 

• Work closely with Product Managers, Technical Writers, UX Designers, Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to understand localization requirements and align with broader business objectives 

• Identify and address localization challenges related to language nuances, slang, or usability, escalating complex issues as needed. 

• Participate in usability studies to gather insights into how customers interact with localized content and incorporate learnings to enhance language and design. 

• Stay up to date with the latest localization trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve workflows and outcomes. 

• Develop scalable localization strategies for new language launches and ensure Zenoti’s content resonates with international audiences. 

What are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Localization, Language Studies, or project management related field. 

• 5+ years of experience in localization project management, specifically involving software localization, microcopy, or multilingual launches. 

• Expertise in using localization tools and platforms; familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus. 

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, customer-centric mindset. 

• A proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions effectively. 

• Passionate about providing culturally relevant, high-quality content that enhances the user experience.
