Position Overview:
As a Senior Manager/Director, Payments Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Zenoti’s Fintech business. You will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth, optimize costs, and enhance the overall payment experience for our global customer base. With a digital and AI mindset, you will own data and analytics to drive decisions and direction of our payment products. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of the payments industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy aligned with Zenoti’s overall business objectives. Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
- Manage the Business operations and reporting for Zenoti Payments, bringing in high visibility into Payments data and building reporting mechanisms for leadership reviews.
- Drive key initiatives around analytics, dashboards, and data visualization of KPIs. Leverage data to identify opportunities for improvement, measure the effectiveness of strategies, and make informed decisions.
- Oversee the financial performance of Zenoti’s fintech business. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market initiatives.
- Continuously monitor pricing, product performance, analyse results, and iterate on strategies to optimize outcomes and drive revenue growth.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure seamless execution of payment initiatives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of payments professionals. Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
- Academically trained in preferably a quantitative field including Finance, Engineering, Statistics, or any technical major. MBA from Tier 1 college preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in banking, payments, consulting, analytics, or other business-related function in a payments fintech, banking or payments provider setting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python).
- Understanding of or exposure to payments domain is a good to have.
- Demonstrated track record of deriving insights from complex problem spaces and leveraging data to drive decisions, set goals, and evaluate impact.
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, especially to C-suite audience.
- Proven track record of leading successful projects and initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
