About the Role: 

Zenoti is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Senior Attorney with 8–10+ years of legal experience in the SaaS / technology industryspecializing in negotiating enterprise-level and procurement agreements, to support and scale our global commercial operations. This role will focus on negotiating and managing complex SaaS and procurement contracts, partnering closely with Procurement, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to enable business growth while managing legal risk. 
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise SaaS contracting, strong business acumen, and a collaborative mindset. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead negotiation and drafting of enterprise-level Master Services Agreements (MSAs), SaaS subscription agreements, statements of work (SOWs), NDAs, purchase orders, order forms, reselling/partner agreements, and other commercial contracts. 
  • Provide hands-on legal support for SaaS vendor contracts, including technology, software, and tools procured by internal team. 
  •  Partner closely with Procurement and Finance to ensure risk mitigation, alignment with budgetary requirements, and seamless onboarding of vendors 
  • Negotiate and advise on security exhibits, DPAs (Data Processing Agreements), SLAs, and related privacy and data protection terms. 
  • Provide strategic legal advice to senior leadership on commercial transactions and business initiatives. 
  • Support and structure partnership and strategic agreements to achieve the best commercial outcomes for the company. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Product, Security, Finance, and Procurement. 
  • Structure, negotiate, and finalize partnership, reseller, and channel agreements, ensuring commercial advantage and alignment with company strategy. 
  • Help build scalable contracting processes, templates, playbooks, and negotiation guidelines to reduce time-to-contract. 
  • Identify legal risks and propose pragmatic solutions aligned with company goals. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • Law degree from an accredited institution, LL.M in corporate law is a plus. 
  • 8-10 + years of post-qualification experience, preferably in-house at a SaaS or technology company. 
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex enterprise technology contracts. 
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and cloud security concepts. 
  • Prior experience supporting sales, procurement, and finance teams. 

 

Skills and Competencies 

Technical Skills 

  • Expertise in commercial contracting, including complex MSAs, DPAs, BAAs, Professional Service Agreements, Reseller/Partner Agreements. 
  • Familiarity with data privacy, security requirements, and regulatory compliance relevant to SaaS industry.  
  • Strong Drafting, redlining, and risk-analysis abilities. 

Business and Soft Skills 

  • Strong commercial and strategic mindset combined with integrity and a pro-active and responsible approach to the role of an in-house counsel. 
  • Strong analytic skills to identify risk, evaluate associated risk mitigation actions and clearly summarize complex topics and needs. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment. 
  • Curious and investigative approach to matters, daring to ask the right questions and look into details. 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Collaborative approach working closely together with stakeholders from legal, operational and management. 
  • Interested in understanding our business and developing relationships with people from all levels of legal and operational teams. Demonstrated ability to influence and work effectively with global teams at all levels (including senior leadership) within a highly matrixed organization.  
  • High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence 
  • High degree of ownership, responsiveness, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
