Senior Product Marketing Manager
About ZeroDrift
ZeroDrift is building the AI native compliance enforcement infrastructure for enterprise communication. We are the first platform that enforces the rules before an AI message is ever sent, fixing violations in real time across every channel where AI speaks for the business. Everything goes out clean. Nothing dangerous comes in.
As AI starts to communicate on behalf of entire organizations, the gap between what compliance requires and what companies can actually enforce is widening fast. Every existing solution monitors after send, once the risk is already out the door. ZeroDrift enforces before send. Enforcement did not exist as a category. We created it.
Backed by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z speedrun), PitchDrive Ventures, Reign Ventures, and other leading investors, ZeroDrift is built by engineering and AI leaders from Microsoft, Google, and Goldman Sachs, led by a repeat AI founder.
The Role
You own how the market understands ZeroDrift and the enforcement category we created. Our buyers are technical and senior: Heads of AI, AI governance and risk leaders, CISOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders, alongside compliance teams and the C-suite at the most regulated firms in the world. Your job is to turn a deeply technical product into a story those buyers trust and repeat. You are ZeroDrift's cheerleader, the person who carries the narrative everywhere it needs to go. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role. You will be our first marketing hire, working directly with the founder, with the ownership and equity upside that come with defining a category from day one.
What you will own
- Own positioning and messaging for ZeroDrift and for the enforcement category itself, and make it land with technical buyers (Heads of AI, AI governance, CIOs, CTOs, and engineering leaders), compliance teams, and the C-suite
- Own product launches end to end: the narrative, the assets, the timing, and the cross-functional rollout
- Build the sales enablement that helps our AEs win: decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo narratives, and objection handling
- Own competitive and market intelligence: who else is in the space, how we are different, and where the category is moving
- Own the words we use everywhere, from the website and docs to campaigns, analyst briefings, and press
- Partner with the founder on category strategy and analyst relations
- Run the feedback loop from customers and sales back into our messaging and our roadmap
What you bring
- 6+ years in product marketing, ideally B2B or enterprise SaaS sold to technical buyers
- Proven ability to market a technical product: you understand what you sell deeply enough to earn the trust of engineers and security leaders, and to make executives act
- A track record of owning positioning and launches that moved pipeline, not just produced assets
- Sharp, structured writing, and the ability to make a complex technical product simple and compelling
- Comfortable going deep with engineers and product, and credible in front of the C-suite
- You move fast and own the outcome
Bonus points
- Marketed to technical or regulated buyers in AI, security, financial services, healthcare, or insurance
- Category-creation or 0 to 1 marketing experience
- A background that lets you go deeper technically, such as computer science, data, or hands-on work with AI products
- Early-stage startup experience
