About the Role 

We are seeking a Director, Enterprise Accounts to lead strategic enterprise relationships across LiveIntent’s Exchange business, owning a portfolio of high-value advertisers running first-price auction campaigns. This is a highly visible, client-facing role focused on driving retention, unlocking growth, and elevating strategic partnerships through performance, data, and cross-platform solutions. 

The ideal candidate is someone who can translate campaign performance, audience intelligence, and Zeta’s broader data capabilities into compelling business narratives that deepen client relationships and expand revenue. 

This role will work closely across Sales, Product, Analytics, Operations, Data Cloud, and broader Zeta business units to build integrated solutions that maximize client outcomes while helping shape the future of Enterprise Account Management within LiveIntent. 

This position will begin as an individual contributor, owning key enterprise relationships directly, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as revenue scales. 

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

Key Responsibilities 

Enterprise Client Leadership 

  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across LiveIntent’s Exchange business, serving as the senior strategic point of contact.  
  • Build executive-level client relationships grounded in trust, performance, and consultative partnership.  
  • Lead high-impact client engagements including business reviews, strategic planning sessions, renewals, and expansion conversations.  
  • Translate campaign performance into clear business outcomes, connecting media investment to broader marketing and revenue objectives.  
  • Proactively identify risks to retention and develop action plans that protect and strengthen long-term partnerships.  

 

Revenue Growth & Strategic Expansion 

  • Drive net revenue retention through renewals, upsell opportunities, and expanded client investment across LiveIntent and Zeta solutions.  
  • Leverage Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP) and Data Cloud capabilities to uncover new audience, measurement, and activation opportunities for clients.  
  • Develop data-driven strategic narratives that demonstrate incremental value, deepen client engagement, and position Zeta as a broader strategic partner.  
  • Identify whitespace opportunities across client organizations and partner with commercial teams to unlock incremental revenue streams.  
  • Own forecasting, account planning, and revenue growth strategies across assigned enterprise accounts.  

 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Analytics, Operations, and broader Zeta business units to deliver integrated client solutions and seamless execution.  
  • Serve as the voice of enterprise clients internally, helping influence product roadmap, innovation priorities, and operational improvements.  
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to package insights, attribution stories, and measurement frameworks that clearly communicate client value.  
  • Champion scalable processes, account planning frameworks, and best practices that improve enterprise account performance and retention.  
  • Act as a connector across organizations, bringing together internal expertise to solve complex client challenges.  

 

Business Building & Organizational Impact 

  • Help define the strategic vision for Enterprise Account Management within LiveIntent’s Exchange business.  
  • Establish playbooks and frameworks for how enterprise relationships are managed, expanded, and measured.  
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to talent development across the organization.  
  • As the business grows, help build and lead a dedicated Enterprise Accounts team.  

 

Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in digital media, ad tech, programmatic, or performance marketing in strategic client-facing roles.  
  • Proven success managing and growing large enterprise accounts, with a track record of driving retention and meaningful revenue expansion.  
  • Strong understanding of programmatic media ecosystems, including auction dynamics, DSPs, SSPs, identity/data solutions, and measurement frameworks.  
  • Experience leveraging data, audience insights, and platform capabilities to build strategic client narratives and influence executive stakeholders.  
  • Executive presence with exceptional communication and storytelling skills; comfortable presenting to senior client decision-makers.  
  • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, influencing without direct authority.  
  • Highly analytical with the ability to turn performance trends into actionable business recommendations.  
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, accountability, and comfort building structure in evolving environments.  
  • Leadership capability with interest and readiness to build and manage a team over time.  
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $150,000, depending on location and experience.
