Enterprise Sales - CRM

London, UK

Zeta helps enterprise brands connect customer data, intelligence and activation to create better customer experiences and measurable growth.

Founded in 2007 by David A. Steinberg and John Sculley, Zeta brings together proprietary AI, data and marketing capabilities in a single platform, helping CMOs simplify the complexities of modern marketing and make smarter business decisions.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Seller to win new customers for Zeta Marketing Platform in the UK. Reporting to the GVP Enterprise Sales, this is a senior, quota-carrying individual-contributor role, focused on personally originating, developing and closing complex enterprise opportunities.

You will build credible relationships with senior marketing, technology and business leaders, understand their commercial priorities, and position Zeta as a strategic partner. You will own your opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature, working closely with colleagues across the business.

The focus is new-logo acquisition rather than expansion within existing customer accounts. You will be expected to generate your own opportunities as well as develop inbound and team-generated leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans, prioritising prospective customers that align with Zeta’s ideal customer profile.
  • Originate new pipeline through account research, direct outreach, executive engagement and partner relationships, while qualifying and developing inbound opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers. Map buying committees, cultivate champions and engage Zeta executives to strengthen access and alignment.
  • Lead consultative discovery to understand business priorities, customer engagement needs and commercial objectives, building a clear case for return on investment and long-term value.
  • Work with Solutions Consulting and subject-matter experts to shape integrated software and services proposals, lead solution validation and develop clear Opportunity Briefs.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, proposals, scoping, pricing and contract negotiations, coordinating the right internal expertise throughout.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline sufficient to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, with accurate forecasts and up-to-date opportunity information.
  • Partner with customer success and delivery colleagues on a clear handover after signature, ensuring customer expectations, agreed outcomes and commitments are understood.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • At least six years of high-value enterprise software sales experience, with a proven record of personally originating and closing new business.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed quota, manage complex sales cycles and forecast accurately.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions with a significant services component to enterprise marketing and technology teams.
  • Strong consultative, value-based selling skills, with the ability to connect technology capabilities to commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentations and product demonstrations, with the ability to discuss MarTech and technical topics credibly.
  • Experience collaborating across internal teams and using strategic external partner relationships to progress opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

Ten years of enterprise MarTech or CEP sales experience is preferred. Relevant platform experience includes Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP), business intelligence and analytics, omnichannel orchestration, web and email personalisation, or other platforms focused on improving customer experience.

Experience selling into retail, financial services, travel or high technology, and working in a fast-paced, growing company, is also valuable.

Why Join Zeta?

You will work on strategic enterprise opportunities within a collaborative sales environment, partnering with colleagues across Zeta to solve complex customer challenges. The role offers access to personalised training and career-development.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

A "recently separated veteran" means any veteran during the three-year period beginning on the date of such veteran's discharge or release from active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval, or air service.

An "active duty wartime or campaign badge veteran" means a veteran who served on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service during a war, or in a campaign or expedition for which a campaign badge has been authorized under the laws administered by the Department of Defense.

An "Armed forces service medal veteran" means a veteran who, while serving on active duty in the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service, participated in a United States military operation for which an Armed Forces service medal was awarded pursuant to Executive Order 12985.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
