Summer 2025 Internship Information
- Real-world, hands on experience in the marketing technology industry (80% of work in internship role and 20% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- In-Person in either New York City, San Francisco or Nashville offices (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
- June 2nd through August 9th (10 weeks)
- $22/hour
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta
The People and Culture Intern would be involved in all areas of the People team, including People Operations, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, DEI, supporting our People Partners and any other ongoing initiatives. We are looking for an intern who is open to exploring new ideas and opportunities, makes bold leaps that will push boundaries and is generous with ideas, time, and passion.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist P&C team with day-to-day administrative work and processes,
- Reviewing and tracking employee documents, such as agreements, policies, new hire paperwork, etc
- Assist in writing internal announcements for new hires and P&C initiatives
- Assist with Zeta Global’s Internship program through organization of events such as Lunch and Learn sessions.
- Partner with the onboarding team to onboard new employees, including assisting with employment verification
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee records and files
- Assist in creating and executing the talent acquisition strategy and maintain excellent relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Gain exposure to other areas of HR to include employee relations, benefits, employee engagement, HRIS, compliance etc.
- Support our global DEI initiatives and help us work towards the implementation of our three strategic priorities: Diversity and Equal Opportunity, Inclusion and Communities.
- Assist with misc. and ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable to change on a daily basis; ability to quickly shift tasks
- High attention to detail, accuracy and resourcefulness
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Well-organized and good at prioritizing work among many competing priorities
- Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude
- Junior or Senior in college or recent college graduate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
