Summer 2025 Internship Information
- Real-world, hands on experience in the marketing technology industry (80% of work in internship role and 20% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- In-Person in either New York City, San Francisco or Nashville offices (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
- June 2nd through August 9th (10 weeks)
- $22/hour
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta
Zeta CDP+ helps marketers connect all consumer data – known and unknown – into one real-time, enhanced view that acts as a single source of truth for marketers’ customer and prospect data. It provides the insight our marketers need to create meaningful, individualized experiences along with the tools to deliver those experiences at scale.
As an intern, you will directly impact how marketers send or receive data from the Zeta Marketing Platform. You will work with different teams such as Engineering, Design, Marketing, QA, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned on end goals.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Gain an understanding of Zeta Global, our brand, key differentiators in the industry and how they align to meet customer needs.
- Gather requirements from different stakeholders and execute the project to design completion.
- Expand the outbound channels supported by the platform by coordinating with Product Marketing.
- Run internal usability tests and product feedback sessions.
- Add new product metrics to understand feature usage.
- Present findings to internal team
Qualifications
- BS or MBA candidate with a background in Computer Science, Data Analytics or Engineering.
- Knowledge of data models and schema-less architecture.
- Ability to hold discussions with business as well as technical teams.
- (Nice to have) Courses taken in business management or marketing in addition to technical courses.
