Summer 2025 Internship Information
- Real-world, hands on experience in the marketing technology industry (80% of work in internship role and 20% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- In-Person in either New York City, San Francisco or Nashville offices (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
- June 2nd through August 9th (10 weeks)
- $22/hour
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta
The QA Organization is evolving to better support a fast-paced product development environment, and we are in need of a Program Manager who can bridge the gap between business needs and QA operations. This role will be crucial in collaborating with QA Leads, QA Managers, and Head of QA to identify, prioritize, and manage key initiatives, ensuring timely and effective support for the business. If you have a strong ability to align business goals with QA strategies, this role is for you.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Bridge Business and QA Objectives: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure business needs are understood and reflected in QA strategies.
- Develop and Manage QA Initiatives: Identify, plan, and prioritize key QA initiatives that align with business goals and ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with QA Leadership: Partner with QA Leads and Managers to establish processes, define KPIs, and drive improvements that enhance the overall QA
- Project and Program Tracking: Manage timelines, deliverables, and resources for QA-related projects, ensuring alignment with fast-paced product development schedules.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for business units, providing clear and regular updates on QA progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks within QA initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to ensure seamless execution.
- Process Improvement: Continuously analyze and optimize QA processes to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve collaboration across teams.
- Drive Accountability and Results: Ensure that QA initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and meet the expected quality standards by holding teams accountable and driving results.
Qualifications
- Proven Program/Project Management Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects or programs, ideally within a QA, Product Development, or Technology
- Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross- functional teams, including QA Leads, Engineers, and Product Managers, while driving alignment and
- Experience in Process Improvement: A solid background in optimizing workflows, managing resources, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and
- Business Acumen: Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable QA initiatives that support overall company goals.
- Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify potential issues early, create mitigation plans, and ensure smooth project execution.
