Summer 2025 Internship Information

  • Real-world, hands on experience in the marketing technology industry (80% of work in internship role and 20% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
  • In-Person in either New York City, San Francisco or Nashville offices (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
  • June 2nd through August 9th (10 weeks)
  • $22/hour
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office

Zeta is a data-driven marketing technology innovator whose SaaS-based marketing cloud helps 500+ Fortune 1000 and Middle Market brands acquire, retain and grow customer relationships through actionable data, advanced analytics and machine learning.  

The CRM Sales Operations Intern will play an essential role in accelerating sales pipeline. You will work cross functionally with the Sales Operations and Marketing Operations teams, in conjunction with other internal organizations, to develop and refine the systems, processes and sales activities required to consistently fill the sales and marketing funnels.  

You will play a key role as you work with a highly visible and motivated team that drives new logo business for Zeta Global. You’ll be a valuable contributor to the execution of our CRM sales strategy and will work on key initiatives in a collaborative team setting while building experience in operations strategy. This opportunity will expose you to revenue generation, the sales and marketing technology stack, and the behind-the-scenes efforts of sales operations and pipeline creation.   

The internship is planned as an in-person opportunity (not virtual) and will based in the NYC (Zeta HQ). Although the interns are based in NYC, they will support the entire CRM Sales team. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for various Sales Operations Projects that could involve communications, sales learning, and sales enablement tools and resources 
  • Assist in helping build out the documentation for new and refined sales processes 
  • Own key modules on strategy projects
  • CRM data clean-up and hierarchy consolidation
  • Drive high quality analysis, conduct data-driven research, and distill key strategic insights
  • Develop and present date-driven materials

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Foundational knowledge of a business’s operational structure
  • Foundational knowledge of business
  • Desire to learn and ability to adapt
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Data analysis skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a self-starter
  • Strong value in data integrity
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of CRM (Salesforce)
