Summer 2025 Internship Information

  • Real-world, hands on experience in the marketing technology industry (80% of work in internship role and 20% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
  • In-Person in either New York City, San Francisco or Nashville offices (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
  • June 2nd through August 9th (10 weeks)
  • $22/hour
  • Full Time - 40 hours per week
  • Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
  • Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta

Quality is a central focus on the CRM Ops team so this intern will be focused on reviewing trends and analyzing the metrics around campaign quality. They will present findings in our H1 Delivery Ops Quality Summit. Also, since the CRM Ops team is focusing on improving the employee onboarding process this year we would like for one of our intern’s focus to be on helping us build brand awareness of Delivery Ops through our Delivery Ops Sharepoint site.

Additionally, as SMS is a growing service offering for Zeta through ZMP platform, the intern would focus on helping us build a more templatized process for SMS onboardings and documentation. They would get the opportunity to learn about marketing via SMS/MMS and its unique intricacies while helping us build best practices.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Quality Analysis

  • Research quality improvement methodologies
  • Analyzing the metrics around campaign quality and providing trends through assisting leadership with H1 Quality Summit Presentation

Delivery Ops Sharepoint

  • Research capabilities of Sharepoint and ways to build captivating content
  • Develop and implement best practices for storing/maintaining reference documents
  • Provide and post monthly updates on Delivery Ops projects

SMS

  • Responsible for ensuring SMS client teams have complete and up to date documentation
  • Attend select SMS client meetings in order to gain exposure on day to day and onboarding/migration process
  • Submit SMS invoicing monthly and analyze trends in SMS/MMS monthly volumes

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Highly Organized
  • Attention to Detail
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Self-starter who requires minimum supervision
  • Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work independently
