We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Intern, working directly with the CEO. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the CEO in various administrative and strategic tasks.
Summer 2026 Internship Information
- Real-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- Hybrid in our New York City office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
- June 2nd through August 14th
- $23.00/hour
- Full-time - 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the CEO in managing schedules, emails, and appointments.
- Assist with tracking and reporting of important client milestones.
- Coordinate and prioritize meetings, ensuring efficient use of the CEO's time.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Create client profiles for prospect meetings.
- Assist with facilitation of ticket management on behalf of the firm.
- Dictate and distribute important meeting notes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Assist in various day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
