Summer 2026 Internship Information
- Real-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
- Hybrid in our San Francisco office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
- June 16th through August 28th
- $23.00/hour
- Full-time - 40 hours per week
- Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
- Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop an AI-based anomaly detection agent to identify irregularities in reporting data.
- Train and refine models using historical data patterns and customer ticket feedback.
- Build an AI assistant to address common customer support queries and generate relevant analyses or data extracts.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate AI agents into existing workflows.
- Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and deployment cycles.
- Document model behavior, performance results, and improvement recommendations.
- Support exploration of future AI-driven features, such as automated dashboard slide generation.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Python for data analysis and model development.
- Understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including anomaly detection or classification techniques.
- Familiarity with SQL and working with structured datasets.
- Ability to learn and apply modern AI/LLM tools for automation and agent development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for documenting findings and collaborating with the team.
- Ability to work effectively within engineering and analytics environments.
