As we grow the Zeta Product Marketing, Customer Community and Analyst Relations programs in 2026, a great opportunity exists for an intern to assist in the many details associated with growing, testing, measuring, and maintaining the program. The individual in this role has a passion for product marketing, customer marketing, analyst relations, and leveraging feedback and insights to bring our experiences in alignment to our mission. The individual will also work alongside other members of the team to gain a robust understanding of the inner workings of a multi-faceted Product Marketing organization.

Summer 2026 Internship Information

  • Real-world, hands-on experience in the marketing technology industry (85% of work in internship role and 15% of internship with professional development/webinars/activities)
  • Hybrid in our New York City office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office)
  • June 2nd through August 14th
  • $23.00/hour 
  • Full-time - 40 hours per week
  • Weekly lunches and social gatherings in office
  • Speaker Series with subject matter experts across Zeta Global

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Support the Data Cloud Intelligence SME/Demo Pod compile the necessary components for a prospect demo. This is included but not limited to:
    • Ensuring a ZMP account has the necessary tiles for a prospect demo
    • Creating any relevant audiences that will be showcased
    • Running any necessary reports that will be showcased (Customer Pulse, CPG Intelligence, Location Intelligence, Leading Indicators etc)
  • Attend prep meetings for demos to ensure that what is being presented in the demo is aligned with the goals of the meeting
  • Attend demos run by full time employees on the Data Cloud Intelligence Demo/SME team and synthesize what tools resonated well in the demo and which ones didn't
  • Give a mock demo to the broader Data Cloud Intelligence team at the end of the program to demonstrate the skills learned during the internship (ideally one for each BU)
  • Present a final project of what tools resonated well and which ones didn't to inform the Data Cloud Applications team of key solutions to focus on for enhancements to make demos resonate even better in the future.
  • Assist the Data Cloud Intelligence SME/Demo Pod on compiling scripts for new tools in the ZMP so that there is a source of truth across the broader Data Cloud Team

Qualifications

  • Effective communicator who can break down complex topics into simple points
  • Novice/intermediate experience with microsoft excel and tableau
  • Ability to multitask, especially when it comes to listening/writing simultaneously (will help immensely in prep calls and uncovering what is resonating in a demo)
  • Intermediate experience in PowerPoint
  • Eager to learn and always open to expand their knowledge of a complex industry
  • Any experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, email marketing, and/or software solutions consulting is a plus but not necessary.
