Strategy & Operations Analyst ACE (Zeus Fire & Security)
Access Executive Development Program Overview:
Access is seeking exceptional individuals for the Access Creating Executives Program (“ACE Program”). ACE roles provide hands-on experience and exposure to key operational best practices and tactics of Access’ portfolio strategy execution.
Candidates (“ACEs”) join the ACE Program as members of an Access portfolio company, directly supporting and reporting to executives in key functions including Lead Generation, Revenue Operations, Digital / Business Intelligence, Finance, M&A / Corporate Development, Strategy, and Marketing. ACEs are expected to improve, execute, and document best practices within the key roles, developing a meaningful operational skillset.
ACEs will attend and participate in Access networking events, training sessions, and summits with other executives and ACEs across the Access portfolio. ACEs will work with Access to build skillsets, report out to other ACEs, develop playbooks, and provide insights to executives where appropriate. They will leverage key learnings across the current and future portfolio, while also driving projects and new investment opportunities. Top performers will have career path opportunities within their respective portfolio company and/or across other areas of the Access Holdings ecosystem.
Role Overview
The Strategy & Operations Analyst supports Zeus’s enterprise strategy and operational execution. Working closely with the Chief of Staff, Access Holdings Value Creation, and members of the Executive Leadership Team, this role drives progress on key initiatives that strengthen performance, enable scale, and advance the company’s long-term growth plan
Key Responsibilities
- Support the annual strategic planning process, including initiative tracking, milestone reporting, and executive presentations
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to support monthly and quarterly performance reviews, integrating financial and operational insights
- Build and maintain enterprise dashboards and performance scorecards to measure progress against strategic objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve process efficiency, enhance reporting accuracy, and strengthen organizational execution
- Conduct market and operational analyses to inform strategic priorities and decision-making
- Develop and refine standard operating processes that improve collaboration across hubs and functions
- Prepare and synthesize content for CEO and Board reviews, including progress updates on major initiatives and KPIs
- Support the Chief of Staff and Executive Leadership Team on ad hoc strategy and transformation projects, such as:
- Building strategic roadmaps for growth initiatives
- Evaluating business performance metrics across hubs
- Supporting change management or integration programs
- Developing business cases for operational investments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Demonstrated passion for business strategy, operational improvement, or transformation
- Experience in consulting, investment, or corporate strategy environments preferred
- Strong quantitative and analytical toolkit; familiarity with Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools preferred
