Summary
The E-Commerce Operations Associate is a detail-oriented and proactive individual contributor who will lead operations across Amazon Vendor Central and retail syndication platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, data-driven, and experienced in managing Amazon Vendor Central and retail syndication workflows. This role is critical to ensuring product content accuracy, seamless retail integration, and optimized availability across key retail channels (with a focus on Amazon).
What You’ll Do

- Serve as the primary owner of Amazon Vendor Central operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all item setup, maintenance, and compliance workflows.
- Manage new item creation, content population, and readiness checks for launch
- Oversee catalog integrity, ensuring product listings are complete, accurate, and aligned with brand standards across all categories.
- Partner with Pacvue on monitoring and resolving chargebacks, shortages, and operational defects, partnering with internal teams (e.g., finance, supply chain) to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Lead PO management and tracking while partnering with operations to ensure timely acceptance and issue resolution.
- Maintain and optimize retail readiness, including A+ content, imagery, and enhanced brand content, in collaboration with content and creative teams.
- Track and report on operational KPIs such as fill rate, on-time delivery, defect rate, and catalog health.
- Monitor and resolve content errors, item suppression issues, and compliance flags across retail platforms and Amazon Vendor Central
- Lead retail syndication efforts across platforms such as Syndigo, Salsify, and MikMak, ensuring consistent and accurate product content distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, supply chain, e-commerce) to ensure timely and complete syndication of new product launches and updates.
- Track and report on syndication health, content completeness, and Amazon KPIs across including forecasting, sales, and operational performance
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support retail readiness and digital shelf optimization.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central with operational excellence
- Strong understanding of item setup, content syndication workflows, and retail compliance requirements.
- Experience with tools like Syndigo, Salsify, MikMak, or similar platforms.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Our compensation package includes a base pay range + bonus + equity
Pay Range
$85,000 - $90,000 USD
