
Quality Audit Specialist - FTE - Farmer

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Life and Annuity Backend Quality Associate to support our operations team. This role involves managing the end-to-end review of processing of life insurance
and annuity transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and timely review of processing of policyholder requests.
- Review of life insurance and annuity applications, policy servicing, and related transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify policy documents, applications, and supporting materials for completeness and accuracy.
- Review policy adjustments, endorsements, renewals, and withdrawals as per company guidelines.
- Review and identify gap in step by Steps and process guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams (New Business, Post Issue, claims,) to resolve discrepancies or issues.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Analyses data for reporting and support audits as required.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in backend operations, preferably in life insurance or annuity processing.
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, annuities, and related financial concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with insurance processing systems.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and verification skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with insurance policy administration systems (e.g. Onbase, LifeCad, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., Reg 60) in insurance operations.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
