
Associate II/III - Quality Audit - Insurance Platforms

You are a proactive and dependable professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and can effectively manage responsibilities and communications when needed. Detail-oriented and analytical, you are comfortable working with strict timelines while continuously building your expertise in the annuity domain, products, and operational processes
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Effectively Handle Internal and External Communication in the absence of the supervisor.
- Aid in processing critical transactions on a need basis.
- Help the supervisor in developing Team Strengths
- Help the supervisor in analyzing the process reports, and attending to client calls/ onshore counterparts
- Coach Team Members (new and existing basis requirements)
- Should be able to get the work done by showing teamwork attribute
- Ability to transfer knowledge to other team members
- Provide assistance in exceeding service standards
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the Annuity domain, and of all products & processes
- Ability to work with strict timelines, and should be fine with non-rotating US shift timings.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Graduation in any stream, Commerce Graduate preferred.
- 5+ years of overall work experience in Insurance.
- 3+ years of working experience in Audit role in Insurance.
- Ability to spot fraudulent claims, handle exceptional situations, identify the red flags, and able to cross-check the performed calculations based on nominees’ shareholding patterns.
- Ability to do multi-tasks at one time. Should be able to understand multi-transactions of multi-clients.
- Experience in a professional/office-related environment that required to work regularly scheduled shifts.
- Experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required to use a keyboard, navigating screens, and learning new software tools.
- Excellent English Business communication and Analytical skills.
- Ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
- Must have Email/ Letter writing skills.
- Good understanding of MS Excel and MS-Outlook.
