WHO YOU ARE:
A proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in operations and strategic support. You’re prepared to assist the Chief of Staff to the India CEO and Head of Global Operations, contributing to high-priority initiatives, aligning cross-functional efforts, and driving efficiency across the India office and global teams. You excel in data analysis, stakeholder management, and have a keen grasp of operational processes within a dynamic business environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Executive Support and Strategic Insights: Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to advance high-level priorities for the India office and Global Operations. Provide support through data analysis, research, and preparation of executive-level reports and presentations that support informed decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison among India and global teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on key initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central contact for stakeholders, maintaining communication on behalf of the CEO and Chief of Staff, capturing feedback, and ensuring follow-up.
- Project and Initiative Management: Assist in managing timelines and tracking deliverables for high-impact initiatives across India and Global Operations.
- Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Assist in preparing agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up documentation for meetings involving executives and senior leaders. Track action items to ensure momentum on key initiatives.
- Confidential Information Management: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all communications and documentation.
- Special Projects: Take on special projects as directed by the Chief of Staff, supporting emerging priorities within the India office and Global Operations.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 4-6 years in strategic support or consulting roles, ideally within a high-growth or tech environment.
- Bachelor’s degree from a Tier 1 institution; a Master’s degree (e.g., MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
- Familiarity with operational functions is a plus, with a strong ability to support cross-functional alignment and business effectiveness.
- Proven ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Skilled in Excel & PowerPoint and familiar with project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing updates, coordinating with stakeholders, and facilitating collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to evolving needs, and take initiative on high-impact tasks.
- Experience in insurance or technology sectors is a plus.
