In this opportunity, you will drive innovative, global L&D strategies focused on leadership development, internal mobility strategies, soft skills, and professional growth while managing a dynamic team. As a key leader, you will partner with stakeholders to develop cutting-edge learning experiences that empower employees, strengthen organizational capabilities, and align with our global strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead the creation of scalable programs to enhance leadership, professional, and team development, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and global initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executives and business leaders to assess talent development needs, identifying gaps and opportunities to drive employee growth.
- Inspire, mentor, and guide the L&D team, fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity while ensuring they have the tools and support to excel.
- Oversee the design and delivery of impactful curricula leveraging diverse learning methodologies, including digital platforms, workshops, and experiential learning.
- Establish and monitor actionable metrics, using data-driven insights to evaluate program effectiveness, employee engagement, and overall organizational impact.
- Ensure alignment of learning initiatives across regions, adapting approaches to respect cultural differences while maintaining consistency in execution and quality.
- Oversee the development and implementation of internal mobility and skill path programs to support employee growth and career progression.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 8+ years in learning and development, with at least 5 years leading teams and designing large-scale programs for global audiences.
- Demonstrated success in building and executing global L&D strategies that address organizational needs and scale effectively.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Stellar verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and present ideas to diverse, senior-level audiences.
- Strong proficiency in leveraging data to inform decision-making, measure outcomes, and continuously improve learning initiatives.
- Experience working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, balancing competing priorities with a solution-focused mindset.
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience in the insurance or InsurTech industries.
- Familiarity with leading-edge learning technologies and platforms, including Articulate or other e-learning tools.
- Certifications from ATD or similar professional organizations.
- Expertise in managing L&D programs dependent on cross-functional stakeholders.
