
Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Sourcer

WHO YOU ARE:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Sourcer to join our growing team. In this hybrid role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the recruiting lifecycle—from coordinating interviews to sourcing top talent across a variety of roles. You'll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-touch recruitment experience.
What YOU'LL DO:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Identify and engage exceptional talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and network referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key business areas—particularly Technology, go-to-market (GTM) and sales-focused roles.
Candidate & Stakeholder Partnership
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to manage candidate progress through the recruitment funnel.
- Work closely with EAs and internal stakeholders to align interviewer availability and optimize scheduling.
Candidate Experience & Coordination
- Own interview logistics including scheduling, travel coordination, and follow-ups, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Operations & Projects
- Support ad hoc talent acquisition projects—reporting, data integrity, and process improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain accuracy in Greenhouse (ATS) and ensure compliance across all recruiting workflows.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- 2+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Background in high-touch recruitment, preferably within Fintech, Insurtech, or high growth tech companies. (essential)
- Familiarity with Greenhouse & LinkedIn Recruiter (essential).
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Outlook
- High level of data accuracy and attention to operational detail.
- Exceptionally organized with strong calendar and time management skills.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Clear and confident communicator—both written and verbal.
- Highly collaborative, with the ability to foster strong relationships across teams.
- Passionate about delivering a standout candidate experience and helping others succeed.

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, dependent on skills and location. The salary range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
