
Software Engineer III

WHO YOU ARE:
Software Engineers play a key role in the design, development/configuration, unit testing, installation, and ongoing maintenance of Zinnia’s software platforms. Zinnia Software Engineers work with stakeholders to develop solutions and/or products that fulfill the needs of Zinnia internal stakeholders and clients. Those solutions and/or products help Zinnia and Zinnia clients to be more efficient and provide better service to end customers. Software Engineers interact directly with project leaders, business stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Work as part of a global, cross-functional team to develop innovative software for Zinnia stakeholders.
- Contribute to projects by creating well-designed, customized, testable, efficient code for company platforms.
- Assist our teams in providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, improvements, or custom enhancements to existing company platforms.
- Collaborate with our global teams and internal stakeholders.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- 5+ years of software development experience.
- Undergraduate degree in technology, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Ability to develop software in C++, C#, DotNet Core, etc.
- Experience developing with Web technology – Angular 13 +, React, Typescript, HTML, Javascript
- Extensive Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, etc).
- Experience developing and deploying in a cloud-native environment
- Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning, CI/CD Pipelines, and application monitoring).
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work as part of a cross-functional, global team.

The salary range for this role is a good faith estimate; it is estimated based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $115,000. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive salaries that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location.
