WHO YOU ARE:
Are you passionate about digital marketing, have a knack for problem-solving, and want to build your lifecycle marketing skills? We’re looking for a CRM Marketing Intern to join our CRM Marketing team and jump in to help grow our lifecycle marketing program! This role will help drive numerous key strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall customer journey, increasing engagement and retention, and fostering growth across various channels, including email, SMS, direct mail, and more.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
- Assist with the development of numerous project plans, from inception to execution and post-launch analysis
- Help optimize current lifecycle marketing programs and strategize for high-growth opportunities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across numerous teams for seamless execution, including Marketing, Product, Operations, Data Science, and more
- Have the opportunity to assist with all aspects of key initiatives, including design, coding, setup, and implementation
- Work with team members to analyze key data points and customer metrics, developing A/B experimentation plans to improve overall customer journey through the CRM marketing program
- Brainstorm new opportunities for personalization and experimentation within the CRM marketing program
- Develop your critical thinking and build a foundation for core marketing skills
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Currently seeking a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- You are passionate about the digital marketing industry and are looking for hands-on growth opportunities
- You are familiar with the fundamentals of marketing strategies and customer outreach
- You have basic experience with HTML/CSS, particularly in coding emails and landing pages
- You have excellent communication skills
- You are eager to learn from industry leaders and grow your skills and knowledge about marketing strategy
- You have ambition, a creative and curious mind, and a desire to hit the ground running
BONUS POINTS:
- You have experience in a variety of marketing and analytical tools, including: email/CRM (Iterable, Braze, MailChimp, etc.), email design (Litmus), data analytics (Excel, Tableau, Looker)
- Experience working with a variety of marketing channels (social media, paid, digital, SEO, etc.)

The expected hourly range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00, dependent on skills and location. The hourly range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
