WHO YOU ARE:
As an FP&A Intern, you’ll be a critical member of the Finance team, helping to drive data-informed decision-making that supports the company’s growth. You’ll work closely with experienced finance professionals and business leaders to learn how strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting guide our operations. This internship is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented student who is eager to apply financial modeling and business intelligence skills in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
Financial Planning & Analysis Foundations
- Learn how to build and maintain financial models that support forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Understand how budgets and forecasts are developed and how they guide business performance.
- Practice analyzing financial results to identify key drivers of variance versus plan, forecast, and prior periods.
Data & Insights for Decision-Making
- Develop skills in gathering, organizing, and interpreting large data sets to uncover insights on business performance.
- Gain exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and learn how finance teams use data visualization to communicate insights.
- Learn how automation and analytics improve accuracy and speed in financial reporting.
Strategic Business Partnering
- Observe how finance collaborates with teams across Product, Technology, Operations, and GTM to support company objectives.
- Participate in discussions on capital allocation, efficiency, and growth strategy to understand how financial insights drive decisions.
- Learn how to connect financial outcomes with operational performance.
Executive-Level Storytelling
- Learn how to translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives for leadership audiences.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations and dashboards used in business reviews and executive updates.
- Understand how finance communicates insights to influence strategy and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement & Modern Finance Tools
- Explore the technologies and processes that power a modern, data-driven finance organization.
- Learn how to identify opportunities for process automation and scalable financial reporting.
- Gain exposure to best practices in digital finance, predictive analytics, and KPI tracking.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and concisely.
- A curious, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn how finance drives business performance.
- Interest in technology, software, or data-driven industries.

The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00, dependent on skills and location. The hourly range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations. All offers presented to candidates are carefully reviewed to ensure fair, equitable pay by offering competitive hourly rates that align with the individual’s skills, education, experience, training, and geographic location and may be above or below the stated amounts.
