Associate - Video Editor
About Zinnov
Zinnov is a global management consulting firm that helps organizations make decisions that actually get used — and deliver results that matter. For over two decades, we’ve partnered with leading enterprises, high-growth technology companies, and investors to answer some of the toughest questions they face:
-
Where should we invest?
-
How do we scale globally?
-
What capabilities will win in the next decade?
Our work shapes market entry strategies, global operating models, M&A decisions, and long-term growth bets. We’re known for being data-led, execution-focused, and outcome-driven — not opinion-heavy slideware.
At Zinnov, how you work matters as much as what you deliver. We value independent thinking, crisp communication, and early ownership. With 450+ professionals across 10 global offices, we work across industries including Digital Services, ER&D, Enterprise Software, Semiconductors, Healthcare, BFSI, Automotive, Media & Telecom, and Private Equity.
Zinnov isn’t for everyone. It’s for people who want steep learning curves, honest feedback, and the chance to see their work influence real business decisions — not just presentations.

As an Associate - Video Editor, you will own end-to-end editing and post-production for Zinnov’s brand and marketing content—ranging from thought leadership videos and podcasts to event and social media content. This is a hands-on role that blends creative storytelling with strong execution discipline: you’ll partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand the intent, shape the narrative, and deliver polished, platform-ready outputs.
You will also support shoots when required—working with camera setups, green screen production, and on-ground coordination to ensure content is captured cleanly and edited to a high quality bar.
What You’ll Do
Creative Collaboration & Storytelling
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal/external) to define the desired look, feel, and outcome of each video.
- Build a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the content and translate it into a compelling edit.
- Create concept boards / rough cuts to align early and reduce rework later.
Editing & Post-Production
- Gather, organize, and transfer all media into editing software; ensure correct formats and version control.
- Edit videos using preselected music, interviews, sound clips, transitions, and other essential elements.
- Improve video and sound quality through color correction, audio cleanup, leveling, and enhancement techniques.
- Deliver final assets in the right specifications and formats based on stakeholder/platform requirements.
Shoots, Equipment & Green Screen
- Participate in shoots when needed—supporting camera operations and on-ground production execution.
- Set up and work with green screen environments and execute green screen edits as required.
- Operate and manage video production equipment used for capture and effects.
Quality Control & Delivery Discipline
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency across outputs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting milestones and timelines.
- Ensure smooth handoffs, clear file organization, and predictable delivery workflows.
