About the Role
As Principal, you will serve as both a consulting leader and business builder. You will drive large, complex GCC strategy engagements for global clients while leading revenue growth, thought leadership, and capability development initiatives.
This role requires strong strategic judgment, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex transformation challenges into structured, actionable solutions.
What You’ll Do
Consulting & Client Engagement

Lead large-scale engagements to design, establish, and scale Global Capability Centers.

Advise CXOs and senior stakeholders on operating models, talent strategy, digital engineering, and enterprise transformation.

Provide strategic insights on AI adoption, automation, and digital delivery frameworks.

Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and measurable business impact.
Business Development & Revenue Growth

Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, account mining, and relationship expansion.

Develop tailored proposals and advisory solutions aligned to C-suite priorities.

Build and manage a sustainable pipeline across industries and geographies.
-
Convert strategic conversations into long-term advisory partnerships.
Practice Development & Thought Leadership

Develop frameworks, playbooks, and differentiated service offerings within the GCC advisory practice.

Contribute to whitepapers, industry perspectives, and thought leadership publications.

Represent the firm at conferences, executive forums, and client events.

Strengthen the firm’s positioning in GCC strategy, AI adoption, and digital transformation advisory.
People Leadership & Capability Building

Mentor and lead Consultants and Managers, driving performance and career growth.

Build high-performing, client-focused teams.

Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development within the practice.

Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture aligned to firm values.
What You Bring
Experience & Background
-
10–16 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or GCC advisory.
-
MBA from a premier institution or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
-
Demonstrated success in leading complex consulting engagements with measurable outcomes.
-
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and deal closure.
-
Experience advising multinational enterprises across geographies.

Deep understanding of GCC models, offshoring, nearshoring, and distributed innovation.

Business development acumen with revenue ownership mindset.

Strong written and verbal communication; capable of external thought leadership.

AI literacy and understanding of GenAI, automation, and digital transformation use cases (strongly preferred).
