About the Role

As Senior Associate - Marketing & Communications, you will support thought leadership and content marketing initiatives for the Strategy practice. You will work closely with consulting leaders and marketing teams to craft compelling narratives that showcase our expertise across industries, customer segments, and technology domains.

This role is ideal for someone who can translate complex consulting insights into structured, high-quality content that drives business outcomes. Beyond writing, you will own content calendars, campaigns, newsletters, and performance tracking.

What You’ll Do

Thought Leadership & Content Development

  • Write impactful, thought-provoking content including blogs, POVs, whitepapers, reports, newsletters, and marketing copy.

  • Research industry topics through secondary sources, stakeholder interviews, and consulting insights to build compelling narratives.

  • Script videos and podcasts and support execution end-to-end.

  • Generate new ideas aligned to customer personas and business priorities.

Editorial Excellence & Quality Control

  • Proofread, restructure, and review consultant-authored content (blogs, reports, whitepapers, analysis pieces).

  • Ensure logical flow, clarity, consistency in tone, layout, references, graphs, and adherence to editorial guidelines.

  • Validate facts through structured fact-checking and rigorous proofreading.

Campaign & Newsletter Management

  • Design, execute, and manage newsletters for consulting practices and customer segments.

  • Own integrated marketing calendars aligned to thought leadership themes.

  • Collaborate across marketing pods and consulting teams to drive monthly content distribution.

  • Optimize content using SEO guidelines and keyword research.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with consultants to refine messaging and ensure business alignment.

  • Coordinate with marketing pods to ensure brand consistency, style alignment, and unified messaging.

  • Support execution of digital campaigns tied to thought leadership assets.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs (downloads, subscribers, engagement, enquiries).

  • Build dashboards and reports for leadership.

  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, field marketing, or marketing specialist roles.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English.

  • Strong storytelling capability and creative narrative-building.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple content channels simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SEO, keyword research, and primary/secondary research methods.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders.

  • Growth mindset with continuous learning orientation.

Good to Have

  • Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or marketing analytics.

  • Exposure to technology consulting or industry domains.

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or Master’s degree in Marketing.
