About the Role
As Associate – HR Operations (HR Operations Executive), you will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle execution. This role is designed for someone early in their HR career who is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented — and who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly while delivering a positive employee experience.
You will work across employee movements, HR documentation, HRMS updates, and routine employee support, ensuring tasks are executed on time and with high accuracy.
What You’ll Do
Employee Lifecycle Operations
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including internal movements and exits.
- Coordinate operational steps and maintain process hygiene across standard HR workflows.
Employee Communication & Coordination
- Assist with employee communications such as announcements, awards, and HR updates.
- Support coordination of employee engagement initiatives and internal activities.
HRMS & Data Accuracy
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Support audits/checks by keeping records organized and up to date.
Employee Queries & Documentation
- Handle routine employee queries related to HR policies, processes, and documentation.
- Prepare and issue standard HR letters and documents as required.
Execution Rigor & Timelines
- Ensure HR operational tasks are completed in line with defined processes, timelines, and quality standards.
- Track pending actions, follow up with stakeholders, and close loops consistently.
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
- 0–1 year of experience in HR operations, HR coordination, or similar roles.
- Open to freshers with relevant internship experience / HR ops exposure.
- Comfort working with HRMS tools and basic HR process understanding.
Key Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (must-have).
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

- Employee records remain clean and reliable in HR systems with strong documentation hygiene.

- Stakeholders experience a dependable operations partner who follows through and keeps processes moving.
