About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with Zinnov’s TA team to support end-to-end recruitment across consulting and corporate hiring mandates.

This role goes beyond coordination — it offers hands-on exposure to structured hiring, recruitment operations, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will contribute to building scalable hiring processes while working alongside recruiters and stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.

What You’ll Do

Sourcing & Candidate Screening

• Support candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate fit, motivation, and role alignment
• Maintain accurate and structured candidate pipelines using standardized trackers and tools

Interview Coordination & Recruitment Operations

• Coordinate interviews across candidates and internal stakeholders seamlessly
• Ensure timely, professional communication throughout the hiring lifecycle
• Support automation of scheduling, follow-ups, and status tracking using tools and templates
• Assist in offer rollout and post-offer candidate engagement

Reporting, Data & Analytics

• Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and documentation with high data accuracy
• Build and manage dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets) covering pipeline health, TAT, SLAs, and offer status
• Ensure strong data hygiene, consistency, and version control across systems
• Support automation of recurring reports and weekly hiring updates
• Assist in generating data-backed insights for leadership reviews

Stakeholder & Team Support

• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on live hiring mandates
• Support preparation of hiring updates, summaries, and internal/client-facing decks
• Contribute to process improvements, standardization initiatives, and TA projects

What You Bring

Qualifications & Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong data discipline
• Working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Comfort working with data, dashboards, and structured reporting
• Interest in recruitment, consulting, talent strategy, or analytics
