About the Role 

As Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition, you will lead talent strategy and execution at scale for Zinnov’s Global Excellence (GE) practice. This role sits at the intersection of business growth, leadership influence, and operational excellence. You will partner with senior leadership to shape hiring priorities, drive business-critical and high-volume recruitment, and build a strong, future-ready recruiting organization. 

This is a role for a seasoned TA leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy, running complex delivery engines, and rolling up their sleeves when needed. You will drive key initiatives across diversity hiring, process transformation, and capability building — delivering outcomes in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment. 

What You’ll Do 

Talent Strategy & Enterprise-Scale Delivery 

  • Build and drive talent acquisition strategy aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and operating models 
  • Translate workforce plans into scalable hiring programs with clear delivery governance 
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term capability and pipeline building 

Team Leadership & Capability Building 

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing recruiting team 
  • Set clear goals, coach performance, and raise the bar across sourcing, assessment, and closing 
  • Build leadership bench strength and ensure consistent execution quality at scale 

Senior Stakeholder Partnership 

  • Partner closely with senior business leaders across multiple stakeholder groups 
  • Own end-to-end hiring relationships, including governance, prioritization, and delivery cadence 
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, hiring trade-offs, and market dynamics 

Hiring Outcomes & Business Impact 

  • Own outcomes across time-to-fill, quality of hire, cost per hire, pipeline health, and stakeholder satisfaction 
  • Drive ambitious placement (and where applicable, revenue) targets through disciplined execution 
  • Ensure strong offer management, closing rigor, and reduced offer-to-join drop-offs 

High-Volume, Niche & Diversity Hiring 

  • Lead large-scale, high-volume recruitment programs with strong process rigor and candidate experience excellence 
  • Own niche and business-critical hiring where proactive sourcing and solutioning are required 
  • Drive diversity sourcing and hiring initiatives in partnership with People teams and business leadership 
  • Lead change management to ensure adoption of new hiring approaches and processes 

Data, Reporting & Market Intelligence 

  • Track TA performance through dashboards and management reporting 
  • Convert funnel data into actionable insights, risks, and corrective actions 

Stay current on technology trends, role-specific skills, and hiring market shifts to strengthen advisory and screening 

What You Bring 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree required (technical background preferred) 
  • Master’s degree / MBA in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields preferred 
  • 15–18 years of experience in talent acquisition within a results-driven environment 
  • Proven experience operating in global, matrixed organizations 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership stakeholders 
  • Strong command of the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing to joining 
  • Product engineering / technology hiring experience strongly preferred 
  • Advanced capability in Excel, dashboards, and TA reporting
