Why Globalisation Excellence (GE)

About the Role 

As a People Success Partner (PSP), you will partner with business leaders to strengthen workforce capability, leadership effectiveness, and employee experience. You will combine strategic advisory with operational excellence across the employee lifecycle while influencing business decisions through people insights and ensuring consistent execution of core people processes. 

How You'll Make an Impact 

Leadership Partnership 

  • Partner with leaders on workforce, organization, and people decisions. 
  • Coach leaders on engagement, performance, and team effectiveness. 
  • Translate workforce insights into business actions. 

Talent, Performance & Capability 

  • Lead performance, promotion, and talent review cycles. 
  • Drive workforce planning and succession discussions. 
  • Partner with Learning & Development to strengthen capability aligned to business priorities. 
  • Build manager capability through coaching and continuous feedback. 

Compensation, Rewards & Benefits 

  • Lead annual and off-cycle compensation review processes. 
  • Advise leaders on compensation, rewards, benefits, and pay decisions. 
  • Analyze compensation trends, market benchmarks, internal equity, and retention risks. 
  • Partner with Finance to support workforce planning and compensation budgeting. 

People Operations, Governance & Compliance 

  • Ensure seamless execution across the employee lifecycle. 
  • Interpret and operationalize people policies consistently. 
  • Manage employee relations, investigations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution. 
  • Drive statutory compliance, including POSH, and maintain strong governance standards. 
  • Partner with HR Operations and COEs to continuously improve people processes. 

Employee Experience & Culture 

  • Drive employee listening through surveys, skip levels, and exit insights. 
  • Design initiatives that strengthen engagement, culture, recognition, and belonging. 
  • Partner with leaders to convert employee feedback into meaningful actions. 

People Insights & Organizational Effectiveness 

  • Develop decision-ready people dashboards and insights. 
  • Identify workforce risks and recommend proactive interventions. 
  • Use analytics to improve organizational effectiveness and business outcomes. 

Change & Transformation 

  • Partner with leaders through organizational change and growth. 
  • Drive adoption of key people initiatives and build organizational readiness.

What You'll Bring 

  • 7+ years of HR Business Partnering or People Partnering experience. 
  • Strong expertise in Compensation & Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Talent Management, and HR Governance. 
  • Experience partnering with business leaders in consulting, technology, or GCC environments. 
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence without formal authority. 
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills. 
  • High ownership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
