As a Director of Product, you’ll play a central role in bringing new, customer-loved financial products and experiences to life. You’ll lead the strategy and execution for our mobile app, website, and key features across spend, engagement, and loyalty.
Working closely with a Director of Engineering and Lead Designer, you’ll co-own the roadmap that drives innovative, seamless experiences for our customers. You’ll also lead a high-performing team of product professionals in a hybrid environment that values collaboration, autonomy, and impact.

Interesting problems you’ll get to solve
- Deliver on our product strategy and North Star through high-quality execution that drives leading customer and commercial outcomes
- Ensure product releases are launched on time and to the highest standard
- Deeply understand the customer lifecycle, working with Marketing to optimise the journey beyond onboarding
- Drive hypothesis-led experimentation (A/B testing, analytics) to continuously improve product performance
- Set clear, impactful OKRs that align with commercial goals and user experience improvements
- Manage product risks and ensure appropriate controls are embedded throughout the lifecycle
What you’ll bring to the team
- 15+ years’ experience in product management within technology, payments, or financial services, with a track record of delivering customer-focused outcomes
- 7+ years experience leading and developing high-performing, empowered teams—ideally as a leader of leaders
- Strong capabilities in using data and experimentation to drive product strategy and decision-making
- Expert stakeholder management and the ability to make your team’s voice heard at the highest levels
- Passion for modern product management practices—and curiosity to explore new ways of working in context
- A natural leader with a bias for action who inspires collaboration and delivers meaningful outcomes
- Solid practical knowledge of Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methodologies
- A creative mindset with a strong track record of delivering market-leading digital product experiences
