Our Fraud Risk Operations & Investigations squad work closely with Zipsters in the Data team to ensure that our customers are supported and protected from losses once fraudulent activity is detected.

To kick goals in this role you’ll have a customer centric approach with an interest in deep diving into fraud issues. If you’re ready for a new challenge, enjoy learning and delivering excellent customer service, this role will be a great fit for you. 

What you'll bring to the team

  • A good understanding of the fraud life cycle and fraud types with the ability to identify fraud patterns. 
  • Experience with card payments and fraud disputes desirable
  • Attention to detail and be able to effectively prioritise tasks.
  • An aptitude for identifying and managing risks. Whether you are a People Manager or an Individual Contributor, we are all leaders at Zip, therefore effective risk management is important to how we run our business and part of all our roles.
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
