We’re looking for a highly organized, execution-focused operator to help scale Zip’s in-store presence. As an In-Store Specialist, you’ll lead the logistics and coordination behind signage, onboarding, and enablement for small and mid-sized retail partners.
From tracking shipments to facilitating trainings, you’ll be the one making sure each in-store launch runs smoothly. You’ll also get the chance to apply AI tools to streamline communications, track performance, and improve how we work — all while helping bring the Zip brand to life in physical spaces.
Interesting problems you’ll get to solve
Signage & Logistics
- Manage end-to-end signage workflows: proofing, vendor comms, shipping, and tracking - ensuring kits arrive on time for merchant launches
- Act as the main point of contact for signage vendors, ensuring quality and turnaround standards are met
- Conduct post-installation audits to confirm brand consistency and correct placement
Onboarding & Enablement
- Coordinate onboarding for SMB and mid-market merchants, ensuring readiness for launch
- Deliver light-touch activation support and basic training to small or unmanaged merchants
Workflow Optimization & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards tracking onboarding and signage deployment progress
- Flag blockers, coordinate resolution across teams, and keep launches on track
- Surface trends in execution and contribute ideas to improve our playbooks and processes
- Use AI tools to streamline repetitive workflows and boost operational efficiency
What you’ll bring to the team
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, retail logistics, or a similar execution-focused role
- Proven ability to manage vendors, track timelines, and execute with accuracy and accountability
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and moving parts
- Comfort working directly with merchants or customers; onboarding or training experience is a plus
- Growth mindset and eagerness to apply AI tools to streamline workflows and improve day-to-day efficiency
- Sharp attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership — you take pride in keeping things running smoothly
- Collaborative, proactive, and excited to contribute to a fast-moving, high-impact team

Zip is committed to a straightforward and transparent pay structure. The actual base salary will be determined by various individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, location, internal equity, as well as other objective business considerations.
The annual base Pay Range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. This range reflects our US national compensation (USN). Additional premium percentages may apply based on our tiered premium strategy.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
If hired, employees will be in an 'at-will position' and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
