Write your story with a career at Zip

Join Zip’s Marketing team, responsible for creating meaningful, personalised customer experiences that build trust and long-term engagement across every interaction.

As a CRM Lifecycle Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end management of lifecycle communications for existing Zip customers across all products and life stages. This hands-on role is focused on execution excellence - from campaign setup and approvals through to performance analysis and optimisation.

You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Data, Creative, CRM Ops, Legal and Compliance to deliver relevant, timely and customer-first communications. Using insights from Braze, Tableau and other data sources, you’ll test, learn and refine lifecycle programs that drive engagement, retention and growth.

What you’ll own

  • Own the planning, execution, testing and optimisation of lifecycle campaigns across email, push, in-app and other owned channels
  • Develop and implement segmentation and personalisation strategies based on customer behaviour, lifecycle stage and product usage
  • Collaborate with CRM Ops to automate modules for seasonal campaigns, incentives and cashback initiatives
  • Partner with internal teams to manage approvals, testing, legal reviews and performance tracking
  • Report on campaign outcomes, providing insights that link lifecycle marketing performance to key business metrics
  • Continuously experiment and innovate through A/B testing, automation and new lifecycle initiatives

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3–5 years’ experience in CRM operations and/or lifecycle marketing across email, push, in-app or SMS channels
  • Experience analysing campaign results and presenting insights to senior stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Braze or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to optimise performance through data-driven insights
  • Commercial acumen with a growth mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Proven process management and stakeholder collaboration across cross-functional teams
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering relevant, personalised experiences
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
  • An aptitude for identifying and managing risks. Whether you are a People Manager or an Individual Contributor, we are all leaders at Zip, therefore effective risk management is important to how we run our business and part of all our roles.
  • Our values in your DNA. Customer First, Own It, Stronger Together and Change the Game.

What you’ll get in return

As we write this next exciting chapter in our story, we will continue to move at pace and embrace change. For you, this might mean opportunities to learn new skills with hands-on experience, broader responsibilities, or the buzz of seeing your work impact customers faster.

Zip is a place where you’ll get out exactly what you put in. When you join the team, we'll do our best to make sure you can be yourself and surround yourself with smart, friendly colleagues and leaders who have your back, so that you can make the big things happen.

Zipsters tell us these are just some of the best things about working here. You’ll also receive:

  • 25 days paid leave annually, including birthday leave and quarterly wellbeing days
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary carers, and 4 weeks for supporting carers
  • Family support policies including miscarriage bereavement leave and domestic violence leave
  • Mental health and wellness initiatives, including $299 annual wellbeing allowance, free access for you and family members to our Wellbeing platform Sonder, discounted private health insurance, and great rates on fitness sessions through ClassPass
