As part of Zip’s Marketing function, you’ll help bring our growth strategy to life by attracting more customers to choose Zip. You’ll join a team that uses creativity, data and experimentation to build engaging, people-centred experiences that support millions across Australia and New Zealand.

As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a hands-on role in scaling our acquisition efforts. You’ll test new tactics, optimise paid channels, and work closely with Product, Data and Marketing teams to identify opportunities that accelerate customer growth. What you’ll own

  • Supporting the management and optimisation of acquisition channels across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEM and SEO to drive efficient customer growth
  • Executing end-to-end campaign delivery from planning through to launch, budget tracking and reporting
  • Developing and testing new creative, messaging and landing page experiences that improve conversion and strengthen the user journey
  • Monitoring performance metrics that matter, identifying trends and using insights to optimise CAC, conversions and overall ROI
  • Partnering with the Web team to support our SEO strategy and uplift organic traffic
  • Collaborating with Product, Data and Marketing teams to prioritise and execute experiments that meaningfully move the needle
  • Contributing to a test-and-learn culture grounded in data, curiosity and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 3 or more years experience in performance or digital marketing with exposure to acquisition campaigns
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital, social or affiliate channels
  • Confidence using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into recommendations
  • A test-and-learn approach with the ability to iterate quickly
  • Great communication and collaboration skills with experience working cross-functionally
  • Prior experience in fintech, financial services or app-based environments is helpful but not essential
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
