You’ll join Zip’s Product team within the Spend, Engagement & Loyalty stream, where we focus on helping customers get more value from every interaction with Zip. This team sits at the heart of how customers spend, engage and stay loyal, partnering closely with engineering, design, data, risk and operations to build experiences that are simple, trusted and genuinely useful.

As Senior Product Manager for Card Spend & Agentic Commerce, you will own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap and delivery of Zip’s card spend experiences. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will shape medium- to long-term product direction, balance complex customer, commercial, technical and risk considerations, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful outcomes at scale. You will also play a leading role in defining and scaling Zip’s agentic commerce capabilities, moving beyond experimentation into production-grade, AI-enabled experiences that help customers spend smarter and engage more deeply with Zip over time.

What you’ll own

  • Ownership of the vision, strategy and roadmap for Zip’s card spend and agentic commerce experiences, shaping how customers use Zip cards as part of their everyday spending.
  • Driving sustained growth in card engagement and transaction volume through data-informed prioritisation, experimentation and continuous optimisation.
  • Leading the discovery, delivery and scaling of agentic commerce capabilities, enabling intelligent, automated and AI-powered spend experiences that create real customer value.
  • Partnering closely with a range of key stakeholder groups including: engineering, design, marketing, data, legal, risk & fraud to deliver high-quality, reliable and compliant card and spend experiences.
  • Defining, tracking and clearly communicating OKRs and success metrics, using insights to inform decisions, trade-offs and longer-term strategy.
  • Taking senior-level operational ownership of card-related performance, incidents and delivery trade-offs to ensure strong customer outcomes and platform reliability.
  • Manage key vendor relationships with our card spend partners.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Extensive experience owning and evolving complex, customer-facing products end-to-end, from strategy and discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
  • Experience working on card spend, card payments or transaction-based products, with accountability for engagement, usage or growth outcomes.
  • Proven experience managing external vendor partnerships - bonus if it's in the card spend space!
  • Demonstrated experience leading or delivering projects where AI or intelligent automation enhanced payment, spend or financial decision-making experiences for customers.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability, with confidence using data to influence strategy, prioritisation and senior stakeholder decisions.
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous and emerging problem spaces, including agentic commerce and AI-enabled product experiences.
  • Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align engineering, design, data, risk and commercial partners around shared outcomes.
  • A mindset that embraces AI and new tools to adapt, learn and grow.
