Summary:
The Revenue Operations team’s mission is to maximize the effectiveness of ZipRecruiter’s go-to-market capabilities by bringing data-driven decision making, GTM strategy development, and operational optimizations to our SMB and Enterprise businesses. We are looking for a high performing analyst to join our team and play a key role in supporting our enterprise sales and customer success teams.
The Enterprise Operations Analyst will support all our enterprise go-to-market functions, including sales and customer success teams, and assist the Revenue Operations team in improving & supporting key processes and functions. This role will provide day to day support of all things related to accounts & books of business. This will also involve documentation of changes/updates to our rules of engagement and/or standard operating procedures. The analyst will collaborate extensively with other Revenue Operations functions on process improvements and in support of our enterprise sales teams to ensure they can focus on revenue generation from their book of business.
Key Focuses:
- Support the sales and customer success account change (owner, hierarchy, transfers, etc.) and book of business processes
- Work in Salesforce.com and Google Sheets to execute required account changes
- Update or provide documentation on account processes
- Develop reports and dashboards to support the delivery of business key metrics
- Contribute to business process improvements or automation of various support tasks that might include account management, quoting, opportunity management, or commissions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years equivalent relevant work experience doing sales support within a revenue operations team
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google-Suite applications
- Experience with Salesforce.com supporting a sales organization
- Understanding of sales processes, book of business, account assignments
- Experience with reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technologically adept with Salesforce.com (certification(s), a plus)
- Reporting experience using business intelligence platforms, SQL, and/or Salesforce.com reporting
- Highly self-motivated with a consistent track record to act resourcefully and meet deadlines.
- Steadfast focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- Exceptional at working as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and comfort speaking in groups
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong time-management skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000-$97,500. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
