Summary:

We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Enablement Specialist to join our Enterprise Sales Enablement Team and play a crucial role in supporting the Enterprise Sales team. This individual will work cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and the greater marketing team to create compelling content that supports revenue goals. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organized, and experienced in developing sales enablement materials that communicate value propositions and enhance sales efforts.

 

 

Key Focuses:

 

Queue Management: Manage and fulfill custom requests from the Enterprise Sales team (“the Queue”), ranging from custom pitch deck creation to the development of tailored marketing assets. Specific responsibilities include:


Sales Enablement Content Development:

    • Create compelling sales enablement materials (decks, one-sheeters, etc) that effectively take into consideration the goals for the account, and communicate customer value propositions.
    • Develop visually engaging presentations and narratives using existing tools and templates, with a strong eye for design and layout.
    • Use data visualization and analysis to strengthen sales messaging and create impactful content for sales teams.
    • Prioritize and manage high volumes of requests, ensuring efficient and timely delivery.

Content Management & Theme Analysis:

    • Manage content management tools to track, report, and analyze content performance and engagement.
    • Analyze internal and external content engagement data, report on insights including trends and themes, and leverage these to influence sales enablement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, including creative, legal, and analytics, to develop customer-facing content, ensuring all materials are aligned with brand positioning and legal standards.
    • Coordinate communication, timelines, and deliverables across teams, ensuring smooth execution of collateral.

 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5  years of experience in marketing, communications, L&D, or Enterprise Sales/Customer Success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Craft tailored presentations, pitch decks, and other internal and external materials that align with specific customer needs, pain points, and objectives
  • Strong analytical and creative writing skills, and a passion for storytelling
  • Experience working closely and supporting go-to market teams
  • Track the impact of collateral on engagement and sales outcomes, using feedback to refine and improve future assets
  • Proficient in Google Suite (particularly Google Slides and Sheets).
  • Experience with Salesforce; familiarity with Pardot, Outreach, and Highspot is a plus.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume requests.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen, with the ability to understand marketing strategies and translate them into actionable sales enablement solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, able to work independently and provide thoughtful recommendations to leadership.

The US base salary for this full-time position is $110,000.

 

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
