As an Agency Relationship Manager, your primary goal is to establish, maintain, and grow relationships with the world's largest Enterprise job advertising agencies. By leveraging these partnerships, you will increase the utilization of ZipRecruiter's platform, ensuring that companies see significant value from our solutions.

 

Key focuses:

  • Account Analysis: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of agency accounts, understanding key contacts, organization structure, initiatives, budget cycles, and historical and projected performance.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with agency decision-makers, including account executives, account managers, and directors. Serve as the primary point of contact and provide strategic solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to manage and grow agency relationships. Collaborate with internal teams (product strategy, customer success, and data analysis) to deliver seamless service.
  • Client Collaboration: Work with ZipStrategic Sales (GADs) to tailor solutions based on end-customer requirements gathered through the Agency or end-customer.
  • Leadership and Emotional Intelligence: Manage responsibilities, delegate tasks, hold team members accountable, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence.
  • Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of ZipRecruiter's products and services to communicate and consult effectively on our value proposition.
  • Brand Building: Identify opportunities to build ZipRecruiter's brand within the Agency and strengthen stakeholder relationships.
  • Expert Involvement: Engage ZipRecruiter subject matter experts for technical conversations, product presentations, and training sessions when needed.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Analyze data to provide insights for strategic decision-making and product development.
  • Reporting: Maintain activity metrics, sales forecasts, and projections. Provide regular updates to the sales management team on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Project Management: Maintain clear timelines on product related activities with Agency Partners

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of strategic consultative sales experience, preferably in recruitment or advertising.
  • Proven experience in selling and consulting on pay-for-performance solutions to recruitment advertising agencies.
  • Strong skills in building and leveraging industry and account relationships.
  • Proven ability to engage in challenging conversations and handle objections.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

 

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
