Summary:
We’re looking for an Office Manager to create a smooth and efficient workplace while fostering a positive and engaging office environment. This role combines office management, facilities coordination, employee experience, and culture-building initiatives. You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, ensuring everything from daily logistics to team events runs seamlessly.
Key Focuses:
- Serve as the go-to person for office operations, vendor management, and facilities.
- Manage front desk duties, supplies, and office organization to create a great workplace experience.
- Plan and execute team events, happy hours, and culture-driven activities.
- Support new hires with onboarding, workspace setup, access, and IT coordination.
- Oversee office IT needs, ensuring meeting rooms, AV systems, and workstations run smoothly.
- Cross-Office Collaboration: Work with US teams (HR, Marketing) on various projects and knowledge sharing.
- This is a temporary full-time 6-month position with the possibility to convert to full-time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset.
- Tech-savvy, able to troubleshoot basic IT and office tech issues
- In-office role, based in Tel Aviv, 5 days a week
- Fluent in English and Hebrew.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in office management or administrative roles in the tech industry.
- Comfortable with workplace tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Concur.
