Summary:

ZipRecruiter is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to own timelines, team coordination, and asset delivery across a wide range of creative campaigns.

You are a versatile team player who is adaptable to dynamic business needs and fast-paced project schedules in an entrepreneurial setting. You have experience producing multi-channel marketing campaigns and activating cross-functional teams to deliver the highest quality results. You are well-versed in project planning to produce creative assets across channels, including direct mail, digital (OLA & .com), print, OOH, audio, broadcast, and other promotional collateral.  

This position will work collaboratively with our marketing, creative, business, product, strategy and analytics teams to ensure all the parts of our campaigns come together on time, on budget, and in the most efficient manner possible.

Key Focuses:

  • Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow, timelines, asset development and budget tracking
  • Work collaboratively and proactively with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams to develop project plans, set milestones, determine resources, estimate time, and track costs
  • Coordinate creative development to ensure concepts are in line with creative strategy, marketing objectives, and anticipated media buy
  • Own communication and status updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget implications to relevant stakeholders
  • Attain necessary feedback and approvals from relevant stakeholders
  • Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems and use problem-solving and strategic thinking to troubleshoot and address unique situations that may arise
  • Schedule, run and recap all team meetings and reviews, distributing notes to team members and project stakeholders identifying next steps and associated timing

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6+ years relevant experience working in-house or at a creative agency, network, or studio as an integrated project manager, managing and delivering assets to internal and external partners
  • Experience working with project management software & tools to manage the life of a project (open job numbers, input milestones, create schedules, track approval flow, etc.): 
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google Productivity Suite (Drive: Docs, Sheets, Slides), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop)
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines
  • Detailed knowledge of workflow within a marketing, production company, or digital creative department

  • Expert organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deal with a variety of creative personalities and stay calm
  • Ready to jump into any situation, assess, and take control

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000.00 - $145,000.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.

Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
