Summary:
The Benefits Analyst, Leaves and Accommodations, will support the administration of leave of absence, workplace accommodations, and employee benefits programs across the U.S., U.K., Canada, and Israel. This role will support process administration and help identify operational improvement opportunities while ensuring a consistent and compliant employee experience. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the People Business Partner team and other cross-functional stakeholders, providing direct guidance to employees throughout the leave and accommodation process, and supporting domestic and global health and welfare benefits. This includes assisting with annual renewals, Open Enrollment, wellness initiatives, responding to employee inquiries, and supporting day-to-day benefits administration. The selected candidate should possess strong verbal and written communication skills, be team-oriented, have great attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be self-motivated.
Key Focuses
- Oversee the global leave of absence and accommodations program in partnership with the company’s third-party leave administrator
- Provide leave of absence and accommodations expertise to employees and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with Payroll to support the processing of leave-related wage payments and provide related reporting as needed.
- Assist in administrating the domestic and global employee benefit programs by supporting employees, the Benefits Team, and other internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Accounting and Payroll as needed to provide information to assist with journal entries and other backend items
- Partner with the Benefits Team and US & global brokers for benefits renewal and full-cycle US Open Enrollment process
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in ADP WorkforceNow to provide vendors with correct eligibility information
- Frequently draft and refine various benefit communications and collateral; ensure legally required communications are up-to-date and distributed appropriately
- Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned benefits processes
- Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives as a core member of the Wellness Committee
Minimum Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in leave of absence and/or benefits administration
- Advanced proficiency in ADP WorkforceNow (or comparable HRIS/Benefits system), Google Workspace, and Excel
- Previous knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Demonstrates outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and technical ability
- Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $72,500-$100,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations.
Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
